Demand Generation Executive

Mission

Empower our outreach initiatives by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, driving qualified leads that align with our business objectives, and fueling our growth in the B2B sector.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover business challenges and needs.
  • Qualify leads using BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in demand/lead generation, preferably in B2B.
  • Proven success in dialing for BANT and appointment generation campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and effective lead qualification.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, including rotational and night shifts.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
