What You'll Do
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain executive-level client relationships; conduct business reviews to align goals.
- Revenue Growth: Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling; meet revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning: Translate client needs into actionable plans, developing customized solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve client experience and advocate for product enhancements.
- Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, minimizing churn.
- Performance Reporting: Track account performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Characteristics
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience within the lead generation space
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership
- Client Management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account growth
- Experience in demand generation and data-driven marketing
- Experience selling to marketing teams, specifically demand generation and digital focused teams within Enterprise level accounts
- Ability to work independently and remotely
